Programs

As an example of a programe we’ve developed for our young members, there is the Emory MBA Scholarship, something we’ve partnered with and developed efforts for making it a reality for example in 2016. For that year in specific, we remember here what was needed and was the Scholarship about:

NAAAP Atlanta also has a Professional Development committee

The Professional Development committee coordinates seminars, educational workshops, speaking engagements and gathers resources to help NAAAP Atlanta members further their professional skills necessary to succeed in today’s workplace. We look to develop professional skills and promote active networking among NAAAP Atlanta members and other organizations.

The events are open to members and are usually held and sponsored by one of our corporate sponsors. These events or workshops normally would cost several hundred up to a few thousand dollars. Thanks to our corporate sponsors, NAAAP Atlanta is able to provide these events at a competitive rate for our valued members. Some professional development events include: Entrepreneurship Series, Women In NAAAP (WIN), Power Networking Breakfast Series, leadership seminars, and career development workshops.
